Transportation to Airport from Rio De Janeiro City Center

Train

Traveling by train to Inverness city center from the airport can be a bit inconvenient. The airport isn’t directly served by train however the station is very close by. The Nairn Train Station is located in close proximity to the airport and can be reached by taxi. From this station you can transfer to an Inverness-bound train.

Trains departing from the Nair station provide transportation to not only Inverness city center bus also to other cities nearby like Aberdeen and Glasgow. Trains operate from 7:27 am to 11:50 pm. You can purchase a train ticket using a credit card from the automated ticket machines located at the station.

Rental Car

Renting a car is a convenient way to get to the city from the airport. Avis and Europcar are open from 8 am to 10:30 pm on weekdays and from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays, and from 10 am to 10 pm on Sundays.
