Transportation to Airport from Yerevan City Center
Zvartnots Intl. Airport
It is very easy to reach Zvartnos Airport from every point in the city. You can reach the airport, which is nearly 13 kilometers away from the city center, in 15 minutes. You can get to the airport by choosing from the public transportation alternatives such as bus, minibus and metro, by taking a taxi or driving your car.
Bus
Buses and minibuses are the most frequently used public transportation vehicles in Yerevan. The routes of buses and the minibuses called marshrutka are connected to each other and so you can easily reach the airport from anywhere in the city.
It is possible to reach the airport directly by bus from the best-known central points of the city, such as Opera House, Tigran Mets av., Khanjyan st., Abovyan st., Yeritasardakan.
The buses N107 and N108 directly go to the airport. In addition, the bus number 18 has services between the airport and the main railway station of Yerevan. If you have arrived in the city by train, you can reach the airport in 20-25 minutes by taking the bus 18.
Marshrutka (Minibus)
The marshrutka is the most popular means of public transportation in the city thanks to the high number of routes and lines. Minibus drivers usually wait until the minibus is full. There are more than 100 marshrutka routes serving in Yerevan. The minibus number 23, which is the most preferred line, departs from the main railway station and goes to Kilikia central bus station. This route also passes through the city center. Marshrutkas departing from Kilikia bus station go to almost everywhere in Yerevan. You can directly get to the airport by taking the marshrutka 18 from this station.
Metro
Yerevan metro has a total of 10 stops with a single line of 13.4-km length. The metro serves between 6:30 am and 11 pm every day of the week and it is connected to the main bus station and the railway station as well.
The busiest metro station is the Hanrapetutyan Hraparak station next to Republic Square, which is the center of Yerevan. Yeritasardakan, which is very close to the Opera House that is another central point, and Zoraver Andranik opposite the cathedral are also another practical metro stations.
The Sassountsi David area, where the Yerevan railway station is located, is also connected to the metro network and so transportation becomes easy to a great extent. The boarding fee has been fixed for years; it is possible to buy tickets from the stations by paying 100 Drams.
Taxi
There are two types of taxis in the city; the taxis you can take directly on streets and the taxis you can get by phone. Airport Information
Zvartnots Airport, which was established in 1961, is about 13 kilometers away from Yerevan city center, on the west of the city center. In 2004, the construction of a new terminal was started and it continues to increase its passenger capacity day by day. Zvartnots Airport, which served more than 2 million passengers in 2014, host the airline companies such as 97 Airlines, Aeroflot, UTair, Austrian and Ural Airlines.
Once you arrive in Yerevan, you can get 120-day visa by paying 15.000 drams or a 21-day visa by paying 3000 drams. For a transit visa, the amount you need to pay is 10.000 drams.
At the airport, you can easily carry out your foreign currency transactions at the world-famous Converse Bank. Just across the terminal is the car park with 600 cars capacity. Hourly parking fee is 500 drams, while daily parking fee is 2000 drams.
The airport has three terminals in total as Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and VIP Terminal. Within the main terminal building, there are tourist information desk, free wi-fi service, duty-free shop, VIP lounge, restaurants, bar, cafes, and the shopping stores where you can find souvenirs, DVD, CD, newspaper and magazines.

Transportation to Valencia City Center from Airport

Bus
Buses called Line 150 Valencia - Manises - Aeropuerto take passengers to the city center from the airport in about half an hour. The buses run every twenty-five minutes. Metro
In the city, metro is another public transportation vehicle connecting the central railway station with the airport. The trains operate every eight minutes and reach the city center in about twenty minutes. You need to come to Zone A from Zone D of the airport in order to use the metro line. For that, you can benefit from the services or walk. From the airport, you can travel to Maritim-Serreria station if you use the red metro line (Line 3), to Rafebunyol station if you use the green metro line (Line 5).
The railway system, which consists of six lines, is called Metro Valencia. Line 1, also known as the yellow line, offers transportation service between Bétera and Villanueva de Castellon stations; Line 2, also known as the pink line, offers transportation service between Torrent Avinguda and Lliria stations; Line 7, also known as the orange line, offers transportation service between Torrent Avinguda and Maritim-Serreria stations; Line 9, also known as the brown line, offers transportation service between Riba-roja de Turia and Rosas stations. There are many stations offering the option of transferring between each other. The metro network is not enough to provide transportation to every part of the city. Nevertheless, it is possible to reach many central parts of the city by using rail system. Tramway
Metro Valencia's lines 4, 6 and 8 offers transportation option by tramway. You can travel between Mas del Rosari and Dr. Among Lluch stations by using Line 4; between Tossal del Rei and Dr. Among Lluch stations by using Line 6; between Maritim-Serreria and Marina Reial Joan Carles I stations by using Line 8. These lines offer transfer option between themselves and between metro lines in many stations.
There is no direct tramway line to the city center from the airport. However, you can get to the airport by transferring to metro line 3 in Benimaclet station to where you have come with tramway line 4 and metro line 5 in Maritim-Serreria station to where you have come with tramway lines 6 and 8.
Train
There are six train lines offering transportation service throughout the city. You can travel to the southeast part of the city by using train line C-1, to the southwest part by using the line C-2, to the west part by using the line C-3, to the part between the east and the center by using the line C-4, to the northwest part by using the line C-5 and to the northeast part by using the line C-6.
Car Rental
You can rent a car from the many famous car rental companies located at the airport. Alternatively, it is possible to make an online reservation before your flight. When traveling in the city, renting a bicycle is also a popular alternative to renting a car. There are approximately two hundred and fifty locations in Valencia where you can rent a bicycle.
