- If you cancel a ticket without being a member, you will receive a refund code by email. After creating an account, you can transfer these WINPoints to your WINWallet using that code.
- If you receive a gift card from Wingie, you will also receive a code by email. You can transfer these WINPoints to your existing account, or easily create an account and add them to your WINWallet.
- WINPoints earned from gift cards are valid for 36 months.
- WINPoints earned from promotional campaigns may have different validity periods. The validity details will always be shared on the relevant campaign page.
- 1 USD = 100 WINPoints (WNP).
